Culture Shock
"Culture shock is the personal disorientation a person may feel when experiencing an unfamiliar way of life due to immigration or a visit to a new country, a move between social environments, or simply travel to another type of life."
Culture shock presents differently for everyone. Some people will pass through stages quickly while others will stay in one stage for long periods of times. Some people will move back and forth between stages. It is important to realise that everyone is different.
